Vanilla-Nutmeg Banana Smoothie
Give your mornings a boost with this simple and delicious recipe. In a blender, mix 2 cups of milk, 2 chopped bananas, a handful of ice cubes and 1 teaspoon of honey. Add 1 drop Nutmeg essential oil and a dash of vanilla extract, to taste.
